Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you can initiate the return process by visiting the ‘My Account’ section located in the top menu bar. Click on ‘Orders,’ then select the item you’d like to return and click the ‘Refund / Return’ button. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible, choosing a return reason from our list, and use the upload section to submit clear photos of the damage and the packaging (before you open it).

Alternatively, you can email us at info@snugfurniture.co.uk with your order number in the subject line (Damaged Item). Please include your order number and specify any damaged parts by their reference number. We’ll send you a return number along with further instructions.

Once we receive your email, we’ll confirm receipt within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Here are the estimated delivery times for replacement parts:

  • Smaller parts held at our UK warehouse are typically sent the same day or the next business day.
  • Larger parts requiring manufacturing could take up to 30 days to ship.
